Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about conservation and community engagement who is eager to make a tangible impact in the field. As a Junior Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our conservation and volunteer programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with local partners, schools, and conservation organisations to ensure program success.
- Help develop educational materials and resources for community outreach and volunteer training.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping.
- Participate in field visits to program sites (as needed) to oversee and support program activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field desirable.
- Experience or strong interest in conservation, community development, or volunteer management.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mongolian is a must
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with a willingness to engage with diverse communities.
